Ballet at the Beach

Anna wanted to put on her ballet dress and dance at the beach. Mommy thought that would make a pretty sweet picture, so she said YES. After twirling and leaping to her heart's content, Anna decided to relax by wading gently (so her favorite dress wouldn't get wet) in the waves.

Meemo the Cat

Anna got to pick out one item while we were shopping. She picked out a black and white stuffed kitty cat that she named Meemo (not Nemo...it is, after all, a girl cat and not a boy fish). Meemo won out over a chocolate bar, so you know she was wanted very much. Meemo has gone almost everywhere with Anna ever since. She now sleeps clutching Meemo and a little pink blankie.

Sunday at the Gulfarium

After breakfast on Sunday (November 23), we headed to the Gulfarium to see the marine life. The favorites were the dolphin and sea lion shows (of course), the touch tank, watching the giant turtle get fed lettuce, looking at the sharks, chasing the occasional pigeon in the outdoor area, and seeing tropical penguins.
