Special Delivery

Aunt Jean sent an Easter present for Anna via Grandpa & Grandma's Express Delivery Service. The present rode safely buckled up in the carseat all the way back to the grandparent's house, where Anna eagerly dashed to the van to see. She was so excited to see the mommy bunny and baby bunny! Thanks, Aunt Jean!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter! Here is Anna in her "Easter Dress," and singing (rehearsing) in the children's choir for the Easter service. Below are some pictures from the church Easter Egg Hunt yesterday...Anna collected over 50 (no joke!) candy-filled eggs. Does any three-year-old really need that much sugar? She and her friends had a big time...check out the big wad of candy in Anna's cheek in the last photo...

I was so excited that Jenna's mom shared her pictures from our beach trip. I have to post a few of them, just because I like them so much. I am always the one behind the camera, so Anna and I rarely have pictures together. Not that these are glamour shots by any stretch of the imagination, but I like to see Anna and her mommy having fun together. Besides, the sunset picture is just classic. We had so much fun at the beach.

Growing

Anna reminds me often that she is not a baby anymore. She says she is bigger than the little babies now because she was born before they were. I decided to measure her tonight. She is 37 and 3/4 inches tall. For a 3-and-a-half-year-old, that is just under the 50th percentile for height.

Beach Trip!

Mommy and Anna went to the beach with some friends over spring break! We all had a great time playing in the sand and the waves...mommy filled up 2 memory cards with pictures! Making the transition from 35 mm to digital has been too exciting!

Just Like Mommy

Anna has a new reason to take a bath (as if all the bathtub toys weren't motivation enough). After her bath, she can put on her BATHROBE, just like mommy.
