Cat Calls

Anna just loves Truman the cat (or Truman the Baby Cat, as she calls him--even though he is several years older than she is). She picks him up and carries him wherever she wants to play in the house. She sings gentle songs to him. She wiggles the string for him to play with. She feeds him a piece of dog food each day when she gives the dogs breakfast. And Truman jumps in the bed and licks her hand each day when he hears her wake up. Today he even waited patiently while she stopped petting him to answer her phone ("wait a minute, my phone is ringing"), which she decided was for him anyway...
